4.1 We have appointed Edward Crook, Company Director, as our Data Protection Lead.
4.2 Suspected or actual compromises of data must be reported to us immediately using the Information Security Incident Reporting Form, which will be escalated to our DP Lead and other relevant internal parties immediately.
